More about this planner
Black Friday is on 27 November 2026 and Cyber Monday on 30 November. If your plan is spread across notes, a calendar and three browser tabs, this planner puts it in one place.
Offer Planner. Enter price, unit cost, shipping and packing, and the discount. Payment fees come from Settings. You see profit per unit before and after the discount, the sale margin, and how many more units you would need to sell to earn the same gross profit. Offers that lose money on every sale are flagged in red.
Promo Calendar and Email and SMS. Key dates are worked out from the Black Friday date: Singles' Day, Thanksgiving, Small Business Saturday, Cyber Monday, Giving Tuesday and Green Monday. There are 15 suggested sends from two weeks before to a week after, each dated from Black Friday, and they show up on the calendar. After sending, log opens, clicks, orders and revenue.
T-minus Tasks. About 35 tasks from eight weeks out, with due dates counted back from Black Friday: margins, reorders, segments, creative, checkout tests, discount code tests, shipping cut-offs, customer service replies and more. Overdue tasks turn red.
Inventory. A simple forecast from your normal daily sales, your own uplift estimate and the length of the promotion, plus safety stock. It shows any shortfall and a reorder-by date based on supplier lead time.
Results and Post-mortem. Log each day and compare with last year. Conversion rate, average order value and revenue per ad spend are worked out for you. Then answer eleven questions while it is fresh, ready for next year.
Plain formulas, no macros, no store connection. Works in Excel and Google Sheets. The PDF guide includes a Nov/Dec 2026 calendar, a margin worksheet with a worked example, a printable T-minus checklist, a daily results log and a post-mortem page.
Every forecast uses numbers you enter. The planner helps you check and organise; it does not predict or promise sales or profit.
